Cancellation Policy

We understand that unusual circumstances require a change in plans and we try to accommodate you. In case of cancellation, the guest is requested to contact us by email.

There is a $250 per person non-refundable service fee on all reservations.

Payment and Cancellation fees are levied as follows:

Trips are confirmed with deposit of $500 per person.

Remainder of payment is due 60 days prior to trip start.

No refunds less than 60 days prior to trip start.

Cancellation penalties and fees imposed by our suppliers may be additional and, if imposed, will be deducted from the above refunds, if any. A change of trip date or change of travel destination(s) will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees may apply.

NOTE: A valid passport with at least 6 months validity after the date of travel is required.

We recommend buying travel insurance to safeguard your travel and holiday.

We urge you to purchase cancellation insurance & supplemental medical coverage (which covers pre-existing conditions). This is a smart way to safeguard against life’s surprises.

Please note that most insurance policies require purchase within 14 days of your initial trip payment.
